Acupuncture: In Life as in Health, Balance Matters!
Tai Chi is an ancient martial art and moving meditation that focuses the flow of energy in our bodies. The many postures are practiced slowly and can restore health and balance very quickly. I have been studying Tai Chi since 1974 and use this flow of energy in my practice. Life is movement: some motions deplete us; some relax and invigorate us. Tai Chi is the study of this movement.
Reiki is the Universal life flow energy. Intuitive in nature it is currently being used in hospitals all over the world. I use a method that combines Reiki with Acupuncture to increase the overall effect. This leading edge approach is a unique and powerful way of healing.
